Who we are

Mike and John have been working together for the last 15 years and have collaborated on countless projects.

They share a love of film, technical geekiness, good wine and bad jokes.

Mike cut his teeth editing TV commercials for the likes of Coca Cola, McDonald’s and Kelloggs, managing both online and offline edit. He then trained to become a Smoke Artist, going on to work on hundreds of campaigns. He then progressed to a full-time Flame Artist for Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser.

For the last 4.5 years, Mike has been working as a Senior Editor for one of the world’s biggest and most loved brands (which he isn’t allowed to talk about….sssssh), leading teams to deliver high-profile projects over multiple platforms.  

Just as comfortable on set or behind the laptop, both in a consultancy role or as a VFX supervisor, Mike has organisational skills like you’ve never seen before, a keen eye for detail and an abundance of delivery experience, all of which he calls upon to lead on all your production and post needs.

John’s first role was working at Sainsbury’s Argos creative studio; managing lighting, shooting and directing for all e-Commerce content. Working alongside some of the best photographers and art directors in the industry, the experience was invaluable, giving John the opportunity to truly grasp the control required in a studio environment and to hone his skills. 

From there he moved to Mothercare, heading up video production and developing an extensive array of successful campaigns to form part of his well-established portfolio. So much so in fact, it was at this point in his career that John decided to venture out on his own, going on to form successful working relationships with clients such as London Fashion Week, The Sunday Times, HSBC, British Airways and the BBC. John’s vast experience in a wide range of productions and roles means he has an uncanny knack of identifying any potential issues or blockers long before they rear their ugly head, ensuring your production runs smoothly.
